At Sunbeam Vintage, we want you to love your curated finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that vintage pieces and custom upholstery are considered final sale due to their unique and made-to-order nature.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization.

Prepare for Shipment

Carefully repackage the item in its original materials to ensure it is protected during transit; items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for a full refund.

Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or coordinate a furniture pickup with our logistics partner.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee for large furniture items.
